Ron Baldwin’
I live at 138 Cypress Dr. My wife Trish and I have lived in Silverwood since 2010. Before Silverwood we lived in Northern California. I attended California State University Sacramento where I received a B.A. Degree and Teaching Credential. I later received a Credential to become a high school Administrator. I have been an educator for over 38 years before retiring. I was a high school teacher, administrator and coach. I was inducted into the California Hall of Fame as a high school coach in 2013. I also coached and taught at Sacramento City Junior College, Sacramento, CA.
I have been involved in our community by volunteering over several years as a member of the Roads & Drainage Committee, and Covenant Committee. I am presently helping the board with Courtesy Calls. I suggested that a personal touch was needed before Covenant Violations were issued. I have found our residences to be very supportive when it comes to keeping our community looking beautiful and safe. It is my hope that I will be able to meet more residence and neighbors in the coming year. It is also my hope that I can help the board accomplish more projects in a timely manner.
I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I attend Compassion Christian Church in Rincon, and I am on the CCC Effingham Men’s Ministry. I also lead a Saturday morning Men’s Fellowship at the church. I look forward to serving our community.
Respectfully

123 Cypress Dr. Lisa, wife, Danielle , Daughter
Occupation: Sr. Quality Assurance Manager at Gulfstream Aerospace.
I have lived in Silverwood since 2011 and support the HOA policies and procedures. I believe we can improve the community as a whole and Silverwood property owners by maintaining these reasonably simple policies. I will do my best to support the current President and work to improve our beautiful neighborhood that is in need of a few key things, primarily roads, drainage, the gate, and covenant compliance. Funding of these items is critical for the future of Silverwood property values.

Pat McCorkhill Having lived in Silverwood for over 20 years with my wife (Denise) and our three children (now grown and on their own), I am very interested in helping the Silverwood Plantation Homeowner's Association (SPHA) continue to be one of the premier subdivisions in our county. My professional background includes over 25 years of service with the U.S. Air Force. I currently serve as a High School Teacher and High School Coach in the Effingham County School System. I have served 2 terms as the SPHA Treasurer and 1 term as the SPHA President. I also served as President of the Sandcastle Homeowner's Association on St. Simon's Island while I lived in Glynn County. In addition to coaching with the Effingham County School System, I have also volunteered to coach with the Effingham County Recreation Department. If selected to again serve as your President, the following are my two main goals:
1. Transparent financial management and
2. Ensure SPHA infrastructure is properly maintained.
Thanks for your support and I look forward to a productive year for the SPHA.
