Events & Clubhouse Reservations
Reserving the Clubhouse
Please reference the calendar below to determine clubhouse availability. A $75.00 security deposit and a completed and signed reservation form are required. All deposits should be made payable to SPHA and can be dropped off to the office during office hours or dropped off in the white lockbox located on the Clubhouse porch. The deposit and completed reservation form is recommended to be received at least five (5) business days prior to the proposed reservation date.
You must be a resident to reserve the clubhouse or must be present before, during and after at the event.
Residents in "good standing" having no outstanding HOA fees or covenant violation fines or open violations may use the clubhouse.
Immediately after use of the clubhouse, the clean-up sheet that is provided must be completed, signed and left for a Clubhouse Committee representative or Board member to review during their post event inspection. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit.

- Please let us know if you would like to utilize the wheelchair lift for your reservation.
- There are nine, 35 1/2 square foot, tables with four chairs at each table inside and four round metal tables with three chairs at each outside.. The Clubhouse is equipped with a stove, microwave and fridge.
