- Responsibilities
- At least once every two weeks members of the committee will drive through the entire neighborhood to ensure all homeowners are complying with SPHA covenants.
- If compliances are noted, SPHA will send out a postcard via USPS stating what your covenant compliance is.
- If possible, it is always best to try to get the compliance corrected without any formal action.
- If formal action by the SPHA is necessary, the administrative assistant will take photographs of the covenant compliance and generate a letter using the SmartWeb software product we have.
- At least 2 certified letters will be sent to the non-compliant homeowner before a final 3rd letter that comes with a $50 fine is sent out and if not addressed within 10 days, fines of $10 per day will incur from date of 3rd letter.
